Currently we just get a mysql exception on the server when someone adds a proposal whose summary is too long. Bad for all parties!

In the form to add opinions from a topic page, if the picture url is wrong - e.g. wikipedia page of an image [1] - an exception is raised:
ActiveRecord::RecordInvalid (Validation failed: Picture content type is invalid, Picture is invalid)
We should catch the exception and show a flash error to the user.

the example should resemble a case that also demonstrates why you'd want to use depject. if you just wanted to get the sounds that cats and dogs make, there are simpler ways to do it than use this library...
not sure what that would be but am thinking about depject todo mvc?
