Update doc on BigInt
I was reading through the book and I found that it's been almost 1 or 2 years since the last substantial commit was done on this documentation on Number.
If I were to update the doc, I would add to things:
- Explanation on BigInt.
- Explanation on Numeric separators mainly designed for big integers.

In normal data-tables i.e. when data is already available in table element in HTML the bootstrap layout works fine, like wrapping elements with "row", "col-md-6" etc works fine.

Shouldn't PUT requests be for updating key/value pairs within a document, and POST for overwriting/creating a document? PUT behaves the same as POST in this instance.

Although the docs mention that it should work in the last two versions, it doesn't work on my Google Chrome running on Windows 10. I have the latest version as of March 2020.

Expected Behavior
When visiting the Shards UI demo page, using the left and right tooltip/popover examples places the info on the opposite of the expected side of the element.
Using data-placement="left" should place elements on the left. Similarly data-placement="right" should place elements on the right.
