    Health care organizations around the world are using the Microsoft Healthcare Bot service to help address COVID-19 and alleviate some of the pressure on healthcare systems and workers.

    Hospitals in Copenhagen, Rome, Helsinki, Tel Aviv and across the globe have created 1,230 AI bots that have helped 18 million people assess their COVID-19 symptoms, fielding over 160 million inquiries.
