This software is part of the GNU Project.

This group has the repositories for GNU ELPA and NonGNU ELPA.  It is separate from the main Emacs group because a bot has push access here.

Anyone who is a member of the Emacs group can request membership here.  No-one who is not a member of the Emacs group should be a member here, except for the aforementioned bot.  The admins are the Emacs (co-)maintainers plus a few extra people who are the leads for ELPA.
