Repeat Racist Got Wrist Slap Due to Race
Canada has a two-tier justice system based on race. You can guess which race leftists have placed on top.

A former university football player who sexually assaulted two women has been sentenced to just two years in prison because he is black and was feeling intense pressure around the time of the attacks, the judge said.
The poor fellow. He was feeling pressure because he “did not have culturally appropriate support to turn to.”
At least the pressure wasn’t on his windpipe:
Omogbolahan Jegede, 25, had choked one of the women almost into unconsciousness.
Jegede was born in Lagos, Nigeria. His special legal status is enhanced because according to his mother he “experienced bullying in elementary school due to his accent and racial identity as a black child.” His racist oppression was aggravated when years later he felt “a sense of isolation being a black man in [a] predominantly white university town.”
The judge effectively admits that Jegede got the wrist slap to reward him for not being a member of Canada’s disfavored core population:
“It should be noted that but, for the contents of the Impact of Race and Culture Assessment (IRCA), the pre-sentence report and all the mitigating factors surrounding Omogbolahan (Teddy) Jegede, this sentence would have been much higher,” Justice Frank Hoskins said in his Nova Scotia Supreme Court decision on Wednesday.
Hoskins praised the IRCA for providing him “an understanding of Mr. Jegede’s background from a social, cultural perspective” and expressed support for early parole.
The next time Jegede rapes a Canadian woman, Hoskins should be tried as an accomplice.
Regarding IRCAs, which are used to misapply justice based on Cultural Marxism:
In April 2021, David Lametti, former minister of justice, announced funding of $6.64 million over five years, followed by $1.6 million annually to implement IRCAs across Canada. “IRCAs are pre-sentencing reports that help sentencing judges to better understand the effect of poverty, marginalization, racism, and social exclusion on the offender and their life experience,” the justice department stated in a 2021 press release. “IRCAs explain how the offenders lived experiences of racism and discrimination inform the circumstances of the offender, the offence committed, and the offender’s experience with the justice system.”
When racial justice reaches full fruition, those of preferred pigmentation will have carte blanche to do whatever they please — up to and including murder, à la O.J. Simpson. After all, they are oppressed.

Neighborhood Crime Watch Signs Removed for Being Racist
Not only is it racist to incarcerate criminals, it is racist even to suggest you don’t want them casing your neighborhood.

City Council voted 10-0 Monday night, Dec. 15, to direct city staff to remove all neighborhood watch signs in the city by July 15 as the city strives to be more welcoming and inclusive.
A City Council resolution denounces neighborhood watch programs:
“These programs were often rooted in assumptions about who did and did not ‘belong’ in a neighborhood, reinforcing race-based hyper-vigilance and suspicion particularly toward Black, Brown, and other marginalized residents and visitors,” it states.
“This dynamic encouraged informal surveillance practices that disproportionately targeted people of color and contributed to patterns of exclusion under the guise of public safety.”
Those burglarized or as sometimes happens raped and murdered in their home can be regarded as necessary sacrifices in the noble cause of combatting patterns of exclusion.

Jasmine Crockett for US Senate
Some thought they could never come up with a worse candidate than the leftist dorkazoid hipster Robert Francis “Beto” O’Rourke. Texas Democrats sink to the challenge:
Jasmine Crockett launched a campaign Monday for the U.S. Senate in Texas, telling President Donald Trump, “I’m coming for you,” and bringing a national profile to what could be a critical race for Democrats’ long-shot hopes of reclaiming a Senate majority in next year’s midterm elections.
She has a national profile because she represents the state of the art in Democrat ultramoonbattery.
She is seeking the Senate seat held by Republican John Cornyn, who is running for reelection in the GOP-dominated state.
Juneteenth sponsor Cornyn is no prize, but if he can’t beat Jasmine Crockett, Texas is toast. As goes Texas, so will go the country — which is why Democrats have made a priority of flooding it with illegal aliens from the Third World.
Like most Democrats, Crockett is hostile to ICE. She barks that “ICE is not trained to go out and do what they’re doing” — i.e., defend the border by enforcing immigration law.
She has other ideas on law enforcement:
“I want to be clear that, like, law enforcement isn’t to prevent crime. Law enforcement solves crime. OK?”
Law enforcement may spend most of its time redistributing wealth if Crockett et al. prevail. Here she floats the idea of favored blacks not having to pay taxes, then moves on to direct cash payments:

Michelle Obama Gripes That Being First Lady Was Confining
The miseries of the put-upon Michelle Obama do not stop at racist white people oppressing her hair or an America that has “a lot of growing up to do” not letting her be president because it is misogynistic. Serving as First Lady was “confining” — because despite Obama’s celebrated status as the first DEI president, blacks are victims of racism:

Michelle Obama Denounces Caucasians for Oppressing Her Hair
The wife of our Historic First Black President will never forgive whites for handing her fame and fortune on an Affirmative Action basis. She still festers with hostility, even accusing Caucasians of oppressing her hair:
[Michelle Obama] said she felt obligated to keep her hair straight during her tenure in the White House in a conversation with actress Tracee Ellis Ross. She blamed white people for the “exhausting” beauty standards she felt she had to upkeep while she was in the spotlight.
Prepare to be educated:
“Let me explain something to white people!” Obama said.
“Our hair comes out of our head naturally in a curly pattern, so when we’re straightening it to follow your beauty standards, we are trapped by the straightness!” she claimed.
Because of whites, blacks cannot swim or go to the gym:
“And we run away from the water — people won’t go to the gym, because we’re trying to keep our hair straight for y’all. It is exhausting, and it’s so expensive and it takes up so much time!” she whined.
Obama went on to suggest it was in the best interests of white people to allow black women [to] abandon these alleged beauty expectations.
Okay Michelle. You have my permission.
No wait, she is a Democrat, so it has to be done coercively:
“Braids are for y’all so we can work harder and focus on the work, so why do we need an act — an act of law to tell white folks to get out of our hair,” she said.
She referred to the insane CROWN Act, which would establish special legal privileges for blacks on the basis of their hairstyles. This actually passed in the House but was stopped by filibuster in the Senate.
Snarled the victim of pilar oppression:
“Don’t tell me how to wear my hair, don’t wonder about it, don’t touch it — just don’t!”
Be sure to oppress any urges to touch Michelle Obama’s hair.
