Our company offers rapid prototyping in a form of 3D print. Currently we have access to two 3D printing techniques – filament printing and Low Force Stereolithography (hardening resin with laser light).

Low Force Stereolithography

Pros:

  • high resolution – minimum layer of 25 μm
  • minimum post-processing

Cons:

  • higher cost
  • longer printing time
  • limited printing area
  • fragile printout

Good for:

  • miniatures or gaming pawns, detailed scenery, jewelry, small scale models, master models

Bad for:

  • large life-size items
  • elements that will be put to a force

Filament printing

Pros:

  • cheap
  • quite fast
  • large printing area
  • resilient printout

Cons:

  • low resolution – about 0,3 mm
  • post processing of the print recommended

Good for:

  • life-size items like boxes, covers, trophies, spare parts, large parts of models, wargaming terrain
