Saatvik

Like Gary, Saatvik is a mutant fish man, but he was born in India. Saatvik is Gary's ex-boyfriend and full time surrogate father to Goo Boy. Dr. Bubble

Dr. Eugene Bublé (Dr. Bubble) is Elliott's sworn enemy; an arrogant and opportunistic scientist who will do anything for recognition, no matter how many ethical rules he has to break.
