Juno is Queen of the Gods!
Hidden within the halls of Helen Woodward Animal Centers lies the lost Queen of the Gods, Juno! Her current form as a 15-month-old terrier blend may cause pause amongst those who don’t take the time to get to know her. After all, how could the Queen of the Gods be this dang cute! However, those who spend time with Juno recognize the strength in her gentle nature, the driven personality that lingers within her friendly charm. They see that when she goes on walks, she has the gait and beautiful form of a goddess dawdling in the form of a dog. Juno found her way to the Center when the keepers of her former temple fell ill and couldn’t take care of her. Thanks to the Center’s Pet Guardianship program, they were able to ensure that Juno would find a new temple with a loving family to give this goddess all the love she deserves. If you feel you are up to the task of housing the Queen of the Gods, then come meet Juno today!
Juno is waiting to meet you at Helen Woodward Animal Center. She has been altered and is up-to-date on all of her vaccinations. Juno is microchipped for identification as with all pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center.
Helen Woodward Animal Center is located at 6461 El Apajo Road in Rancho Santa Fe. Kennels are open Monday to Thursday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. For more information call 858-756-4117, option #1.
Helen Woodward Animal Center pets come from a variety of sources, such as the transfer of animals from public shelters to relieve overcrowding, working with local dog and cat rescues, as well as owner surrender. Every animal in our pet adoption program has received a medical examination, spay or neuter surgery, vaccinations, tons of TLC and a microchip. Our goal is to adopt our pets into loving and permanent homes. Helen Woodward Animal Center Adoption Counselors are here to help you choose a pet who will be your perfect match for life.
