Frost & Sullivan research shows that government organizations recognize the value of mobile devices in the workplace: almost two-thirds report allowing employees to use smartphones for work and more than half say that tablets are also regularly used. However, these organizations also express concerns over mobile technology and potential security risks. This paper examines the risks that government organizations identified and provides guidance on how to plan, deploy and manage a secure and effective mobile environment.
