Returns the number of the color defined by the RGB (Red, Green, Blue) codes.

Syntax
- numRed
- Red code from the RGB code.
- numGreen
- Green code from the RGB code.
- numBlue
- Blue code from the RGB code.
Returned value
This function returns the number of the color defined by the RGB (Red, Green, Blue) codes.
