A client has requested that I create a mafia-themed Android game, but I'm unfamiliar with the concept. Is it feasible to develop this game for Android, allowing users to communicate via voice through icons? What are your thoughts?

Is it feasible for experienced, sufficiently-skilled developers with a clear design and enough resources for it? Sure.

Is it feasible for YOU to develop the game? Based on the question, probably not, but only you know. Normally if someone has the experience and skill necessary to build it they know they do, so they don't need to ask.
