Venez le 9 septembre à 20h30 au café Theatre de la Samaritaine à Bruxelles découvrir Veraluna, le nouveau projet de compositions de Vera Zanello lors de la programmation des ‘’jeunes jazz Belges’’.  Guylain Domas  sera  la basse et moi-même au piano pour l’accompagner.

Exploring the depth of chamber music in an historically-informed way. Kristen Huebner, flute Lucie de Saint Vincent, fortepiano 

Come to listen on saturday 5th of November at 16.00 to my ensemble The Primary Sources in quartet with Kristen Huebner, Gerda Marijs and Zdenka Prochazkova part of the concert serie of Duyschot in the Dorpkerk of Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht in Holland.  We will play a programm full of affects called the ''EMPFINDSAMER SALON'' with music of J.S Bach's sons from CPE and Johann Christoph Friedrich as well as a sturm und drang Haydn trio.

The Primary sources will take part on the Saturday 10th of September to the Burenmarkt in in the farm front of the station Utrecht Terwijde. There will be great things to buy, good food,drinks, animals, and music! We will perform  with Kristen Huebner on Traverso as the Primary Sources at 12.30, 14.00 and 16.00! Hope to see you there!!!

Bach Jazz Quintet

The most beautiful Bach arias arranged for jazz quartet and baroque soprano. Lucie de Saint Vincent, Piano and arr. - Pascal Mabit, saxophone and arr.- Lucie Chartin, vocals - Emmanuel Foster, Contrabass and Kevin Luccheti, Drums.

Arrangements of the aria ‘’Die Seele ruht in Jesu Händen ‘’extracted from the cantata BWV 127 and from the ‘’Qui Tollis peccata mundi’’ from the little mess BWV 234 that I wrote are tu be listened, as well as the aria ‘’Aus Liebe’’ from the St Matthew passion written by Pascal Mabit.

Thanks to the musicians of the jazz Trio Mobus (Pascal Mabit, sax,  Emmanuel Foster, Contrabass and Kevin Luccheti, Drums)in cooperation with soprano Lucie Chartin for this musical experimentation and crossing of genre so inspiring. And also a special thanks to Alice Le Moigne for the great recording!

I will play with Florian Abdesselam some of the first  Hobo sonatas from Widerkehr, French classical composer,  in the beautiful Hall of the Brussel Conservatory on the 6th of june at 12 o’clock.

Great French classical music full of revolutionary spirit which is for sure interesting to discover!

The Edelmann Trio with Rachel Stroud, Violon , Ester Domingo Sancho on the cello and me playing on my French square piano from August Payen will perform a concert on the 22th of Mai ay 15.30 as part of the serie Musica Antica of The Hague.

Trios by George Onslow, Known as the French Beethoven, and the Ghost Trio of Beethoven will be performed with spirit and sound of the time !

 I am happy to invit you to my next performance with the Edelmann trio : Rachel Stroud, violin, Ester Domingo Sancho, cello and me on the fortepiano which will happend on the 22th of May at 3pm in Voorschoten, NL as part of the 'Musica Antica da Camera' concert series.
We will perform Beethoven's famous 1808 piano trio in D major, Op. 70 no. 1, The "Ghost"; one of the first piano trios written by George Onslow in 1806 (a composer also known as the 'French Beethoven'); and 'Sonata for fortepiano with violin accompaniment Op. 5' by Frédéric Edelmann.
I will be performing on my French original square piano from 1823, built by Auguste Payen.
