Dear Anglotopia Fans,
This October, we’re pushing to reach 200 members in the Friends of Anglotopia Club by the end of October, which will allow us to remove Google ads from the site for everyone! Due to changes in our ad earnings in the last few months, we’ve updated our goal (previously 300 members)—now, once we hit 200 members, the obtrusive and ugly Google ads on Anglotopia will be a thing of the past. We would like to get to 200 members by the end of October! All it costs is two cups of tea a month to join.
Its now been almost four months since we launched the club and it has been a smashing success, we currently stand at 107 members, so we only have 93 to go to get to 200! We’ve built a tight-knit little community. We’ve been publishing a Sunday Post every Sunday since we launched. You can see a listing of them here to get an idea of what to expect. We’ve explored all kinds of fun British topics, from Ham and Cheese Toasties to remembering HM The Queen.

By far the biggest change since the club launched was the unveiling of the Friends of Anglotopia Member’s Only Chat Forum, available at Anglotopia.chat. You have to be a member to access it and we’ve had a ton of lovely little discussions about British travel, history, and cultuyre in a private and safe environment.
