That Emerald Warriors panel is the perfect Valentine’s Day image.
Got a strong week coming up. Not only should I finally be doing a certain final set of posts relating to Ultimate Marvel in a few days, but in a few hours, I’ll have a review up of a bunch of comics from a decade ago that I’ve been meaning to cover for quite some time. If you smell what I’m cooking.
I can’t help but love that Flash wants to use the name of Spider-Man. I think I’m pretty well sold on the new Venom series by this point.
Jason Aaron is writing an Ultimate Marvel comic? Almost enough to tempt me to read one of them again…
I like how The Joker in that Knight and Squire panel looks sort of like Beef From Phantom of the Paradise.
Klarion? So, does Batgirl have to battle an entire Sheeda invasion force?
Is Emerald Warriors meant to be a parody of Blackest Night or is it real? And just who is the “red bitch” in question?
I’m not a DC fan at all, and I especially dislike the Bat-family (except for Batwoman by Rucka and Williams), but this little prick Damian Wayne is starting to push me in the direction of maybe reading books with him in it. I don’t know what it is, I guess I always hated the cheery little fuckers that most kid sidekicks were, so the fact that Damian is a nasty little dickhead appeals to me.
