This webpage on sustainability introduces the sustainability initiatives taken by the LY Corporation Group.

On October 1, 2023, Z Holdings Corporation became LY Corporation by reorganizing its group with four companies, including Yahoo Japan Corporation and LINE Corporation.

Some of the information disclosed on this website may include the former company names (Z Holdings Corporation, LINE Corporation, and Yahoo Japan Corporation) which will be updated in due course with information relating to LY Corporation.

Of the entities included in the consolidated financial statements, the reports focus primarily on LY Corporation and as also cover other major subsidiaries.

The activities of the Group companies as a whole are referred to as the initiatives of "the LY Corporation Group." For reports that cover the business areas, etc. over which each of the group companies continue to have jurisdiction, the reports specify the names of the respective companies.
