Information and Progress on Measures to Prevent a Recurrence of Information Leakage Due to Unauthorized Access


LY Corporation received guidance from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications (MIC) on March 5, 2024, and a request for reports, etc. and recommendation from the Personal Information Protection Commission (PPC) on March 28, 2024 in regard to the incident of an information leakage due to unauthorized access.

Once again, we sincerely apologize to our users and stakeholders for any concern or inconvenience this may have caused. We take this guidance seriously and we will endeavor to prevent recurrence.
