LY Corporation Included in Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI World) for Fourth Consecutive Year

For the fourth year running,^*1 LY Corporation ("LYC") has been selected for inclusion in the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index ("DJSI World")—one of the foremost global indices for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) investment—as well as the Dow Jones Sustainability Asia/Pacific Index ("DJSI Asia/Pacific").

Developed as a pioneering series of global sustainability indices, the Dow Jones Sustainability Indices comprehensively analyzes the ESG performance of listed companies from around the world based on long-term shareholder value, selecting those that are leading the way in sustainability for inclusion.

In addition to DJSI World and DJSI Asia/Pacific, LYC was also included in indices such as the MSCI Japan ESG Select Leaders Index (used by Japan's Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF)) and the FTSE4Good Index Series, which is widely used to create and assess sustainable investment funds and other financial instruments.^*2
