To promote the procurement activities stated above, in principle, we use electronic trading systems.

2.Ordering

In addition to the use of electronic trading systems, we require written declarations of intent to be submitted as a requirement to initiate transactions. Please understand that oral promises and unofficial orders in the body of an e-mail will not be accepted.

3.Corporate Governance

To ensure corporate governance, we firmly refuse any approaches to our employees to collect information on other companies, or to place or receive orders.
