On the CD, the \Demos\dm\DM.EXE file is a self-extracting archive containing Dungeon Master 3.4 for PC English with the following changes:

  • An additional empty file named: KEVIN
  • An additional file named START.BAT (that simply runs DM.EXE)
  • A customized DM.EXE launcher file: before allowing the game to start, it requires that the MSCDEX driver is loaded and that the Score CD is inserted in the drive
