Kesällä toivottavasti ei "ressata", muuta kuin paperien reunoja! Seuraavan haasteemme aiheena on nimittäin "Ressaa ja revi". Ressaamalla paperin reunoille annetaan rispaantunut ilme joko ressaustyökalulla tai saksien terällä. Repiminen tai ressaaminen on usein juuri se viimeinen silaus, jolla työstä saa vintagehenkisen! Käsitellyt reunat voi halutessaan vielä värjätä (ruskealla) musteella. Haasteemme sponsori Paperilohikäärme lahjoittaa arvontavoittajalle setin upeita mulperipaperikukkasia. Tervetuloa repimään ja ressaamaan kanssamme!
In the summertime we hope you won't be distressed, but we'd like to see your papers that way, because the theme of our new challenge is "Distress and tear". Tearing or using a distressing tool or your scissor blades to age the edges of your papers is often that final touch making your work look vintage! You can also add some (brown) ink on the edges, if you wish. The sponsor of this challenge, Paperilohikäärme, will donate the randomly chosen winner some gorgeous mulberry paper flowers.
