COMPLAINT ACCEPTANCE AND HANDLING RULES

The complaint procedure is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws and the seller’s Terms of Cooperation.

  1. Do not remove our identification labels from the products.
  2. Leave the products in their original packaging and store them according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. File a complaint.

  1. If your complaint is admitted, a corrective invoice will be issued as a confirmation that its terms have been agreed and fulfilled by the parties.

Information on personal data

  1. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of exercising your rights under applicable law in connection with a contract of sale, pursuant to Article 6(1)(c) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

  2. The recipients of your personal data may be entities processing personal data on behalf of the controller in connection with the processing of complaints and may include, among others, IT service providers, courier companies, payment operators, where such entities process data on the basis of an agreement with the controller and only in accordance with the controller's instructions.

  3. Your personal data will be retained until the obligation to retain them expires, i.e. for one year after the settlement of the complaint.

  4. The provision of personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary for the complaint to be filed and processed.
