Moreover, this month also marked a key milestone for the EU Cloud CoC community as we celebrate the third approval anniversary of the Code as well as the third accreditation anniversary of SCOPE Europe as its dedicated monitoring body.
To commemorate these meaningful dates, we had the privilege of interviewing Pearse O’Donohue, Director for the Future Networks Directorate of DG CONNECT at the European Commission. Pearse, who was a keynote speaker at the approval ceremony three years ago, provides again valuable insights on the role of GDPR codes of conduct, discussing their evolution, challenges, impact, and potential future developments.
