Jürg Stuker

Jürg Stuker studied information systems at the University of Zurich, then held various jobs before joining namics in 1999. He is a partner in namics and has been its CEO since 2004.
Accessible online content is one of his areas of expertise. Jürg Stuker represented the private sector in the legislative process for the Swiss Federal Act on the Elimination of Inequalities for People with Disabilities and the associated implementing provisions. He is the co-author of studies on the accessibility of Swiss websites and the test protocols of the Access for All foundation, and he regularly speaks at events such as the UNESCO World Summit on the Information Society and the Accessible E-Government conference. Jürg Stuker is also a member of the management board of the Swiss Library for the Blind and Visually Impaired and president of the technology jury for the BestOfSwiss Web Awards.
