TAU
A simple configuration of TAU with PDT and MPI should suffice.
Instrument
tar xzf nekbone* cd nek_bone/test/example1
modify makenek:
* change SOURCE_ROOT to the location of Nekbone's source directory. * replace mpif77 with tau_f90.sh and mpicc with tau_cc.sh.
modify nekbone/src/makenek.inc (line 152) to read:
case `$F77comp -show` in
(adds -show) This will allow the script to properly detect the compiler.
