Hi, all:
I have a question on the unit for the color scale data range,
i am drawing electrostatic potential surface in VMD using RWB colors,
and found that "A good initial range for APBS potential data is -10 to 10. If you prefer more intense colors, you can set the range lower, to something like -4 to 4."
i am wondering what unit is it for the color scale range when applied to elecstatic potential.
and what range do most papers select?
thanks.
