Hi there,
I've just started using VMD, and I'm trying to run tcl scripts. When I type
something like:
>source rmsd.tcl
into the tcl console, it comes up with:
couldn't read file "rmsd.tcl": no such file or directory
I've tried typing it in loads of different ways, and it never finds it. It won't
run any scripts that are in the scripts folder.
Does anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
Cheers
John Young
