Dear vmd users,
Could somebody telll me how can change the default colors for resname
HIE, HID and HIP? These are the Amber residues corresponding to
different protonation states of histidines.
If I add in the .vmdrc file the lines below, it only works for resname
HIS. I guess I need to define those residues so that vmd recognizes them
before loading a structure that contains them. Maybe you could tell me
how to do that.
color Resname HIS iceblue
color Resname HIP iceblue
color Resname HIE iceblue
color Resname HID iceblue
