Dear VMD OSX Users,
How do you use VMD's batch mode so that it can accept command line
arguments such as:
vmd -e vmd.inp
I've added the "/Applications/VMD 1.8.5.app/Contents/MacOS" folder to my
PATH environment variable and copied the file 'startup.command' in that
directory to a file called 'vmd' in the same directory. Should I be doing
this another way or is that ok?
