Hello,
I was wondering if anyone can think of a quick way of exporting the
calculated surface of a protein in the form of a mesh. i.e. a set of
points and a set of connectors between the points.
x1 y1 z1 # -- This is a point
x2 y2 z2
....
1 2 3 # -- This means points #2 and #3 are connected to point #1
2 3 4
...
Many thanks in advance for any hint,
Best,
Emmanuel
