The question is to how to highlight residues on a protein molecule longer
than 999 in VMD.

For example, to highlight 1103 residue on the chain A yeast RNA polymerase
II you have to write: "chain A and resid 110" and computer will give you

residue 110 plus set of residues from 1100 to 1109. VMD is programmed to 999
residues. Is there any way to reprogram it?
