Dear VMD users,

I am trying to install the latest version of vmd (AMD64LINUX with
openGL) on a AMD64 machine running SUSE 9.3 with the latest nvidia
drivers install and running ok. OpenGL works ok as have tried the
glxgears program. However when i invoke VMD the program opens a window
but then stops straight away closing the window v quickly. Has anyone
come across this before? Any help would be much appreciated.
