Lubos,
  There's a bug in the released dlpoly history file reader plugin
which causes a crash if you skip any frames. I have a new version
that fixes this problem and will make it available on the web site
along with other updates in a couple weeks when I've completed a few
other bug fixes. If you need it urgently, I can post the updated
dlpoly plugin for you today.
