Hi,
  You're missing the 'xterm' program from your path.
It is normally distributed as part of X11R6, so you'll either need to
check whether /usr/bin/xterm or /usr/X11R6/bin/xterm exist on your machine,
and take action to add the program to your machine, or add the appropriate
directory to your path as necessary.
