Dear vmd users,
Is there a way to define the color scle data range by tcl commands? For
example I have an occupancy column that has values between 3 and 1000.
If I load the pdb and color by occupancy, the color scale data range is
automatically set from 0 to 1000. However I would like to see it from 0
to 40 lets say. For that I need to go to
Graphics-Representations-Trajectory menu and modify it there. It would
be very nice if I could do that directly in the loading script ... Does
anybody have an idea how to do that? I looked at the color command but I
couldnt find an option ("scale min" and "scale max" seem to not give me
what I want ...)..
Thanks
vlad
