Hello -
I'm using the timeline with STRIDE to analyze secondary structure from
two DCD trajectory files with a total of 2001 points. When I look at
the graphical output in timeline, all residues seem classified. But
when I output the file, a portion of the data file (all residues for
some continuous period of time) has floating point numbers listed as
opposed to the typical letter classifiers H,T,etc. I haven't been
able to find documentation of this. Any idea what this means?
Thanks a lot,
Jocelyn
