HI all,
Using clipping planes I render povray scene of my protein(opaque
surface)-ligand(licorice) complex in VMD 1.8.3 (Windows XP, SP2).
If I use the clipping plane as solid color, I get a nice picture but
with a lot of "scratches". I thing these "scratches" belongs to the
surface of my protein.
How to overcame that problem ?
With best
Arturas Z.
