There is a precompiled version of vmd for win-32, so you don't have to compile it... Go to the VMD webpage and you'll find the executables for win-32...

   I get the source code by vmd-cvs and by use of make command to compile linux vmd. But can you tell me how I should compile window vmd. I do not know make command in windows
