Sorry but i have some diffilculties to update the plugins for VMD.
in the install readme it is specified "you must replace the plugins in your
installed VMD distribution". Where exactly ? in the /usr/local/lib ? I also
cant find the .vmdrc file for vmd : where is it usually written ?
