Hello everyone,
I am trying to visualize an infinite carbon nanotube in VMD. Of course, its
infinite because I've use periodic boundary conditions in my simulation. The
tube section is about 8 nm long. Is there anyway to make VMD draw bonds between
my 8 nm long section of the nanotube and it's images?
Thanks,
Bob Johnson
