I'm trying to write a script to create a demo part of which will show a
molecule rotating through 360 before starting the main simulation. I
wanted the rotation to be slowed so have stepped through each angle and
have paused using the sleep command between each iteration. However when
I run it only the first and final positions are drawn to the screen and
no intermediate positions. I have included the command "display update
on" within the loop. Any suggestions?
