Hi, I am working on a plugin that can do contact maps for one or more
trajectories given a selection. It does not do a residue-residue contact
map, but using the pluging several times with different selections (the
residues) could help. It would be lot of work, though.
If it can help you someway, let me know, I can send you a pre-version.
