Hi,

it seems that int(x), which turns a number into
integer doesn't appear in vmd-tcl. I check the refence
book but the fact is that I couldn't get it running.

another question about run the script in namd.

I write:

source x.tcl

or tcl interface or something like.

the namd just fails to initiate the tcl enviroment.

but I check the tutorial of deca pulling using
force.tcl to pulling. it works fine.
