Dear vmd users,
I have a trajectory in which each frame is characterized by a beta
field which contains atomic displacements. I would like to make VMD
color the individual frames according to their own beta field. The beta
field is different for each frame.
I have built a tcl script to do that but I have the problem that all
the frames are colored with the same beta field (maybe the last assigned).
I would appreciate any kind of help with this.
Thanks a lot
Vlad
