Dear all,
I have a question about the DynamicBonds representation. The scale
for the bond radius in this representation seems to be different compared
to the bonds in the CPK represention.
For some examples the minimum bond radius (0.1) is too big to
produce a natural representation,
and seems to correspond to a radius of 0.3 for the CPK bond representation.
Is it possible to change this minimum bond radius for the
DynamicBonds representation?
Thanks for any help on this,
I am running vmd 1.8.3 on a linux fedora core 1,
(also seen this on 1.8.2)
