dear all,
I have a question about VMD's python interface, which we are using a lot.
Our new linux fedora core 2 installations comes with python 2.3.3
preinstalled,
and I could not get vmd's python to find the 2.3 standard installation.
This I
think is also in agreement with the userguide, that vmd 1.8.2 is built
together
with python 2.2.
Is there a solution to this so that one avoid installing 2.2 or is
there a vmd
version built with python 2.3?
Thanks for any help on this.
with best regards
Lars
