Vani,
  At present, none of the Gromacs file plugins support writing,
mainly because we haven't had a chance to thoroughly update and
test the code. (some buggy code exists but it doesn't work 100%
correctly, so we disabled it...)

There might be other programs that can do this conversion, until
such time as we get a chance to fix the remaining bugs in the
writer routines for the various gromacs file formats in the gromacsplugin.
