Hi,

We've had parts of DCD files generated on the TeraGrid get overwritten
with segments of zeros before, but this is the first report on Platinum.
Assuming you have the same problem, but it hit boundary data rather than
coordinates, you might be able to use catdcd to read data after the
corruption. You should also tell NCSA, although Platinum is due to retire
soon (it's only up because Tungsten is down).
