Hello,
A new version of CatDCD is now available at
http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Development/MDTools/catdcd/
New in this version:
- Support for dcd files containing fixed atoms;
- Copies unit cell information from each timestep; supports NAMD's
dcdUnitcell option;
- Linux version should support large file sizes (> 2GB).
- Faster at skipping through timesteps (i.e. when -stride is greater
than 1).
Linux and 64-bit Solaris binaries are included in the package, which is
distributed under the UIUC Open Source license.
Cheers,
Justin
