this will help in drawing multiple frames as your desire:

 graphics =>trajectory=>draw multiple frames

in place of now, we can select frame number

Dear vmd users,
Can I visualize some particular sanpshots of a trajectory based on a certain criterion on top of each other? Let's say I need to visualize trajectory #3,10, 52, 110, etc (sanpshot numbers are saved in an array)

PS: I don't want to use ( mol drawframe etc ) b/c snapshot numbers are not in such an order
