No problem John,
While I would like to get back to my primary Mac desktop for this, my compile on the Linux box is keeping me going in the mean time.
Actually had quite a bit of fun tracking down the bugs. I spend most of my time on administrivia and protein biophysics these days, and don't get under the hood in much code any more. It's a testament to the development team's cleanliness that I could track down likely culprits without even being able to compile the application myself.
